5. Counter-Notification

If material you have posted has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you may file a counter-notification by sending a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

In appropriate circumstances, ThumbThief will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. ThumbThief may also limit access to the service or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
